Kids meals are much less expensive that regular meals, so it is worth figuring out how many children are going to attend and ordering them a different meal. Typical menus include pastas with sauce, grilled cheese sandwiches, burgers, and so forth. The timing of the meal is important too; for example, we could serve it with the second course and then the kids could go chase rabbits until the cake is served.
We are happy to accomadate special meals and allergies. Our team has extensive experience in cooking for all sorts of special dietary restrictions. Our attentive service staff works to ensure that all of our special meal recipients receive the same seamless service as regular menu guests.
Should I buy meals for photograpghers, officiants, muscians, DJs, etc.?
A
Photographers, Wedding Planners, Musicians, and DJs are often unclear as to whether or not they are entitled to a meal. As a service to you, we offer deeply discounted "staff meals" when they are preordered by the wedding party. These meals are served as a staff meal, at the chef’s discretion, and are not served at the table with the other guests. Be sure to specify whether or not they can receive drinks as well. If you decide to take this option be sure to mention that you did to the recipients, they will definitely appreciate the gesture.
Is there time allocated for a recieveing line in the signature package?
A
If you plan on having a receiving line be sure to plan it in conjunction with the chef. When impromptu or unexpected these can cause delays of up to 90 minutes and can effect the quality of the food as well as the enjoyment of guests that are waiting for an unfortunately long time. The best time to have a receiving line is immediately following the ceremony as the guests make their way to the cocktail party, or to simply allow the cocktail party to stand in as a casual opportunity for guests to meet and greet family members.
